The San Diego Trolley has a Civic Center stop at 3rd Avenue and C Street that is convenient to both the Balboa Theatre and the Civic Theatre.

Balboa Theatre

The historic Balboa Theatre is just three short blocks from the Civic Center Trolley stop. Walk one block south on 3rd Avenue. At Broadway, turn left (east) and walk one block. At 4th Avenue, turn right (south) and walk one block to the entrance of the historic Balboa Theatre in the Gaslamp Quarter.

Civic Theatre

The entrance to the Civic Theatre is just one short block north of the Civic Center Trolley stop. Just walk through the plaza west of the City Administration Building or walk north on 3rd Avenue.
